Terms of Use
Last updated: May 5, 2026
By using easypathai.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. They cover the marketing site, the contact forms, and the working demos hosted at sub-routes like /list/ and /voiceinbox/.
What this site is
The Site is a marketing presence for EasyPath AI, a small AI-integration consulting practice operated by Pat Ward. The Site does not constitute a contract or proposal — engaging us for work happens by separate written agreement after a conversation.
Demos and tools
Working demos hosted on this Site (for example at /list/ and /voiceinbox/) are illustrative examples of the kind of work we do. They are provided as-is, without warranty, and may be modified, rate-limited, or removed at any time. Don't rely on a demo as a production tool — if you want one of these patterns built and deployed for your organization, reach out and we'll talk.
Contact submissions
When you submit a contact form, you authorize us to receive your message and reply to you at the email address you provided. We process the data you share according to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure
- Submit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or commercial-spam content through the contact forms
- Probe, scan, or stress-test the Site or its endpoints without our written permission
- Use the Site to harm others or to violate any applicable law
Intellectual property
The Site's text, layout, code, and brand marks (including the EasyPath AI logo) are owned by Pat Ward unless otherwise noted. The third-party fonts and libraries we use remain the property of their respective owners and are used under license.
If you'd like to reference EasyPath AI in your own work, link to a public page rather than copying the content directly.
Disclaimers
The Site, and any working demos hosted on it, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI features on the Site may make mistakes. Don't make consequential business or financial decisions based solely on a Site demo. Always verify important outputs with a human.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyPath AI and Pat Ward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or any demo hosted on it.
Third-party sites
The Site may link to external sites we don't operate (for example, Pat's counseling practice or other portfolio projects). We're not responsible for content or policies on those sites.
Counseling scope
EasyPath AI is a business-AI consulting practice — separate from Pat Ward's licensed counseling work. Nothing on this Site is mental-health advice or a counseling service, and submitting a contact form here does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be marked by an updated date at the top. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mississippi.
