Privacy Policy

EasyPath AI is a small AI-integration consulting practice. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect on easypathai.com, why, and how we handle it. If anything is unclear, email us at pat@patwardcounseling.com.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our contact forms, you may share:

• Your email address (required so we can reply)
• Your name (long form)
• Your phone number (long form)
• Your organization name and type — Business, Nonprofit, Church, or Other (optional)
• What you wrote in the message field

We do not run analytics that identify you personally. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future (such as Plausible), it will collect anonymous, aggregated counts only — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

How we use it

We use what you share for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if there's a fit, to schedule the free AI Readiness Call. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Who handles your data

To make the site work, a small number of trusted vendors process your information on our behalf:

• Brevo — sends the email when you submit a contact form. Your message body, email, and (long form) name and phone are transmitted to Brevo so it can deliver the email to us.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the server that runs this site.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces. Google may receive your IP address as part of this.

We do not currently use cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated and (where required) you'll see a clear notice on the site.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Brevo retains delivery logs per its own retention policy. We don't operate a separate customer database.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete what we have

Email pat@patwardcounseling.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

EasyPath AI is a business-to-business service. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Scope

This policy covers easypathai.com and its sub-routes (such as /list/ and /voiceinbox/) only. Other sites operated by Pat Ward (including counseling-related sites) have their own policies appropriate to their services and regulatory context.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
